Waiver
As a participant in John's Journey, Ride for Heart & Stroke, I for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators waive any claims to which I may become entitled to for injury or damage caused to me or mu belongings during this event. I release all organizers, sponsors, representatives, their agents, employees, and any other persons or organizations assisting in this event from any claims or damages or injury suffered by me or my belongings as a result of my participation.
As a DRIVER, participating in this ride, I further state that I possess a valid motorcycle license and vehicle insurance, have a valid health insurance and am aware that participation could in some circumstances, result in physical injury and or traffic accident causing physical or property damage. I give my permission for the free use of my name and photo for media and marketing materials related to this event.
As a PASSENGER, participating in this ride, I further state that I am aware that participation as a passenger could in some circumstances, result in physical injury and or traffic accident, causing physical or property damage. I give my permission for the free us of my name and photo for media and marketing materials related to this event.
